Gorumara National Park

Gorumara National Park is a National Park in northern West Bengal, India. Located in the Dooars region of the Himalayan foothills, it is a medium-sized park with grasslands and forests. It is primarily known for its population of Indian rhinoceros.

Jaldapara National Park

Jaldapara National Park is a national park situated at the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas in Alipurduar District of northern West Bengal and on the banks of the Torsa River.

Murti River & Buxa Tiger Reserve

Buxa Tiger Reserve (Located in Buxa National Park - marked on the map). Buxa Tiger Reserve is located near Alipurduar in the eastern Dooars. Amongst wildlife in the tiger reserve are tiger, leopard (black panther also), elephant, clouded leopard, Himalayan black bear, barking deer, gaur, pangolin, and python. 

Buxa Duar (Marked on the map) (15 km trek from Jayanti). During British rule freedom fighers were imprisoned in Buxa Fort.

 

  • Rajabhatkhawa (15 km from Alipurduar). It has a railway station on the New Jalpaiguri-Alipurduar-Samuktala line and is also connected by road. Nature Interpretation Centre and Tiger Rescue Centre are points of interest at Rajabhatkhawa. 
  • Natural Interpretation centre

 Jayanti (30 km from Alipurduar. Also approachable from Rajabhatkhawa). Exotic scenic beauty at the foot of the Bhutan Hills, Rich variety of wild life. edit

Rasik Beel (South of Kamakhyaguri). Situated about 34 km from Alipurduar, Rasik beel is a wet land complex. In Bengali beel means large water body. A recognised bird sanctuary it has such birds as lesser whistling teal, common teal, cotton teal, dapchick, bronze winged jacana, pheasant-tailed janacana, shoveler, barheaded goose, white-eyed poacherd etc. A 70 feet high watch tower has been constructed by Coochbehar Forest Division. There

Day 1 : C/in at Resort.

We are recived at the  Hasimara or New Jalpaiguri railway station, you are received and driven by Tata Sumo/ Mahindra-bulero to our Resort. At the evening time we will arrange a event program. 

Day 2 : Buxa - Alipurduar – Bhutan - Jayanti 

After breakfast we will take safari for wildlife in the tiger reserve are tiger, leopard (black panther also), elephant, clouded leopard, Himalayan black bear, barking deer, gaur, pangolin, and python, Jayanti and Buxa Fort. And reach at resort at evening.

 Day 3 :  Gorumara - Lataguri - Murti River

After lunch, drive straight to Medla Watch Tower. Have you ever thought about taking a bullock cart ride on the way to paradise! Your fantasy turns real when you take a ride on a bullock cart from Kalipur to Melda watchtower. Far from the urban noise, the drums and beats of tribal dance, the essence of rural life, swathes your senses with ecstasy.. Night stay at Gorumara.

Day 4 : Chila pata Jungle Safari

After breakfast we will visit Chilapata Jungle , enjoy safari and back to Resort.

Day 5 :JaldaparaChila pata Jungle Safari

After breakfast we will visit Chilapata Jungle , enjoy safari and back to Resort.

Day 6 : Shopping.

After lunch visit Alipurduwar local market for shopping. 

Day 7 : C/out from hotel at 10 am.

We are return our home with a sweet memory.
